Insurance Information

We participate with a number of insurance companies. Our staff will be happy to provide you with a current listing. We will be happy to provide service to you if we do not participate with your carrier. Although you will be responsible for the fees incurred at the time of your visit, we will be happy to provide you with documentation to facilitate reimbursement from your insurance company. We will be happy to discuss with you our rates or arrange a payment plan if needed. We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments for services rendered.

Obstetrical fees not covered by insurance will be expected to be paid as incurred. Our staff will be happy to arrange with you a schedule of payment.

More often than not, your insurance company will pay a portion of the physician's fees. You are responsible for the remainder or "patient's responsibility". Payment is expected within two weeks of receipt of the statement. Certain procedures and services may not be covered under your health plan. Please keep in mind that if services have been rendered to you, then you, and not the insurance company are responsible for the outstanding balance on your account. We understand the complexities of the insurance companies and we will be happy to assist you with an understanding of the charges and reimbursements. Any account three months past due will be subject to being turned over to a collection agency. We encourage you to contact your insurance company or our office to clear up your account in a timely fashion. A payment plan can be arranged to ease the burden of a large outstanding balance.
