
Dr Nichole Pardo was born and raised in Mineola, NY. She attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT where she received her Bachelor of Science in 1992. She went on to attain her Master of Arts in Medical Sciences in 1994 and her Doctor of Medicine in 1998, both from Boston University School of Medicine. She was a recipient of a Health Professions Scholarship from the US Army during medical school and completed her residency in obstetrics/gynecology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After finishing residency in 2002, she was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from February-July 2003. Upon returning to Washington, DC she completed her board certification in obstetrics and gynecology and spent the next 4 years working as a staff physician at both Walter Reed Army Medical Center and National Naval Medical Center. While there, she was actively engaged in the residency-training program and served as the Chief of the Gynecology Division at Walter Reed. Dr Pardo joined the Foxhall Ob/Gyn group in 2007.
In addition to obstetrics and general women’s health issues, Dr Pardo has additional experience and interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is certified on the da Vinci robot system.
Dr Pardo is married to Dr Gregory Bernstein, a urologist in the Army, and they have one daughter. In her free time, Dr Pardo enjoys cooking, golf, and travel.
