Dr. Jerome has been a physician at Foxhall OB/GYN since July 1982. Dr. Jerome no longer practices obstetrics but focuses on gynecology and surgery. Her areas of interest include the evaluation and treatment of menopause and perimenopause, hormone replacement and alternatives, risk assessment, and prevention of disease.

Dr. Jerome was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1952. She attended Xavier University and received a Bachelor of Sciences degree, graduating summa cum laude. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati. In 1978, she moved to the Washington area to pursue her internship and residency at the George Washington University Hospital. Upon completion of her residency, she joined Foxhall OB/GYN Associates.

Dr. Jerome is married to John Foust, an attorney in Northern Virginia. She has two children. Dr. Jerome enjoys gardening in her free time.
