Appointments are scheduled from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Mondays through Fridays. When calling for an appointment, please designate the reason for the visit, such as an annual exam or an obstetrical visit. If you need to schedule a particular procedure, please notify the appointment secretary so that she may make the appropriate arrangements. We make every effort to minimize waiting time, but the nature of our practice and unforseen emergencies will, on occasion, disrupt the schedule. We will make an effort to notify you in advance of changes in the schedule. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
